We will email you a welcome letter with links to fill out patient information forms for your first appointment. You can also fill out our forms here by clicking the corresponding link below:
When you arrive for your first appointment, you will be warmly greeted by our team. We will then take digital photographs, x-rays, and a 3D video scan of your teeth. These images are necessary to visualize your teeth, jaws, and facial soft tissue.
After reviewing these records, our doctors will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individual and unique treatment plan. We will review the following information with you:
- Specific areas of concern and why it is necessary to treat them
- Type of treatment that would be best for you
- Estimated length of treatment
- A preview of what your smile will look like after treatment
- Cost of braces and Invisalign, insurance options, and payment plans to meet your individual needs
We will take as much time as necessary to answer all your questions and can even get started with treatment that day if you desire. We value your time and don’t want you to waste a visit if possible.
